Regardless of parental status, the less someone posts online, the more I automatically assume (rightly or wrongly) that they have it all together and are sufficiently self-confident not to need to post to prove they’re doing cool, interesting things. The more someone posts, the more I assume (again, rightly or wrongly) that they are seeking validation or that they’re bored or lonely.
